What are you doing to promote your redesign or home staging business?
You should have no less than 5 referral gathering systems in place, all working diligently to garner referrals.
1) Never leave an appointment without one or two referrals.
2) Never host a party without getting one or two referrals from each guest.
3) Never attend a party without getting one or two referrals.
4) Strike up a conversation while standing in line: postoffice, grocery store, movie theater. Ask for a referral.
5) Stay in contact with clients on a monthly basis. Remind them you are looking for referrals.
