Popular Decorating Colors
Kool-Aid Colors (red, yellow, lime green) are great for city dwellers fighting against all that gray and dingy lighting.
Neutrals with Black, or Chocolate Brown with Beige/White are always "in" and kind of understated elegant.
Peacock Blue, Burnt Orange with Charcoal Black create a timeless classic look.
To create a calm backdrop for your lighter shades, consider earth tones: chocolate brown, eggplant, bronze green, burnt siena, ocher.
For a vibrant look that is crisp, try pistachio green and prussian blue, with accenting in tobacco and just a tinge of burnt apricot.
